Termatalia 2026 has received renewed institutional recognition, with King Felipe VI of Spain once again presiding over the event’s Honorary Committee. The fair will take place on 24 and 25 September 2026 at Expourense in Ourense, Galicia.
Over the years, Termatalia has established itself as one of the leading professional meeting points for the international thermal tourism, health and Wellness industry. In 2026, the event returns to Ourense following its international edition held in Colombia in 2025.
King Felipe VI’s presidency of the Honorary Committee represents further recognition of Termatalia’s international trajectory and its role in promoting thermal tourism and professional cooperation between destinations, institutions, companies and specialists.
However, the Honorary Committee presidency does not imply confirmed personal attendance by His Majesty at the fair.

Termatalia brings together thermal resorts, Spa and Wellness centres, medical and health tourism destinations, specialists in mineral-medicinal waters and hydrology, technology companies, cosmetics brands, consultants and industry professionals.
The 2026 programme will also include the 7th International Congress on Water and Health, covering topics such as thermalism, longevity, Wellness, medical hydrology, innovation and the future of wellbeing tourism.
